Built to agreed requirements

Quality through
every operation.

Quality control begins with the material and continues through production. Incoming materials are checked for appearance, dimensions and chemical composition, with spectrometric analysis used for material verification.

Operator self-inspection works alongside QC sampling and checks at key stages. Final inspection completes the process against the agreed requirements of the component.

From material to finished component

Control at every stage.

01

Incoming materials

Supplier review and incoming checks cover material appearance, dimensions and chemical composition. Inspection data is retained.

02

In-process inspection

Operator self-inspection is combined with professional QC sampling during production.

03

Process control

Key stages are checked before release to the next operation. Nonconforming parts are separated for review and improvement.

04

Final inspection

Finished components are inspected against the agreed requirements and applicable acceptance criteria.
